eflowcalc.dl6(flows, datetimes, hydro_years, drainage_area)

Variability in annual minimum daily flow.

Note: this streamflow characteristic is equivalent to ml21.

Calculation Details

Take the minimum flow for each hydrological year. Calculate the standard deviation and mean of these minimum values. Multiply the former by 100 and divide the result by the latter.
